Overview

  • The AABE will auction the 7,242.85 m² Pinamar parcel via SUBAST.AR on February 5 at 14:00 with a base price of US$3,474,216.87.
  • The site is authorized for a hotel complex with approvals from the Pinamar municipality and the National Secretariat of Tourism.
  • The new base reflects roughly a 10% cut from the September 2025 attempt that drew no bids at a US$3.8 million base.
  • Interested bidders must submit pliego queries by January 22 and complete registration by January 29 at 12:00.
  • AABE’s February agenda also includes auctions in Retiro (February 9; ~US$1.9M base), Villa Crespo (February 12; ~US$317,076), La Plata (February 6; ~US$2.445M) and a Caballito petit hotel (~US$1.006M), under new president Tania Yedro.
