Overview

  • On August 18, Argentina’s Ministry of Capital Humano and ANSES launched a second enrollment window for 2025 Progresar scholarships.
  • Students rejected in the initial call may reapply and those already approved need not renew their grants until the 2026 cycle.
  • The call closes September 1 for Progresar Obligatorio, September 5 for Superior and Enfermería, and November 30 for Progresar Trabajo.
  • Applicants must register online via Mi Argentina, declare a personal CBU/CVU and meet income, age and academic attendance criteria specific to each line.
  • Resolution 388/2025 keeps the ARS 35,000 monthly stipend paid over 12 installments with 20% retention and additional stimulus and merit payments contingent on regular certifications.
