- Registration windows are staggered by line: Finalización de la educación obligatoria runs from August 10 to September 4, and Fomento de la educación superior plus Progresar Enfermería run from August 18 to September 11.
- Applicants must register through the Mi Argentina app and the Progresar website, complete a three-step form with personal, survey and academic data, and declare a bank account or virtual wallet in their name.
- ANSES set the 2026 monthly nominal amount at $35,000 with the usual 80% paid monthly and 20% withheld until beneficiaries present academic proof, while advanced higher-education students receive the full amount without retention.
