Overview
- The second public call was formalized in Resolution 485/2026 and published in the Boletín Oficial on Friday, with inscriptions for compulsory education running from August 10 to September 4 and for higher education and nursing from August 18 to September 11.
- ANSES set the nominal monthly amount at $35,000 and will pay 80% ($28,000) each month while retaining 20% until students present required academic proof.
- ANSES published an August payment calendar that begins August 13 and staggers deposits by DNI ending: 0–1 on Aug. 13, 2–3 on Aug. 14, 4–5 on Aug. 18, 6–7 on Aug. 19 and 8–9 on Aug. 20.
- All registrations must be completed online through Mi Argentina and the Plataforma Progresar, applicants need an active Mi Argentina account and a bank account or digital wallet in their name, and beneficiaries admitted in this second convocatoria will receive six installments rather than twelve.
- Extra 'cuotas estímulo' and release of the 20% retention are not automatic and require participation in approved extension activities plus institutional certification during scheduled academic verifications before those payments are released.
