- Jefatura de Gabinete formalized the transfer of the Sunday, Oct. 12 national holiday to Friday, Oct. 10 via Resolution 139/2025.
- Decree 614/2025 authorizes shifting weekend trasladable holidays and establishes a four‑day November break with Nov. 21 as a tourism non‑working day and Nov. 24 as Día de la Soberanía Nacional.
- FAECYS and business chambers moved the Día del Empleado de Comercio to Monday, Sept. 29, so supermarkets, shopping centers and many chains will close nationwide.
- Under Law 26.541, commerce employees who work on Sept. 29 must be paid at holiday rates, while those who do not work receive their normal pay.
