- ARCA published General Resolution 5796/2025 in the Official Gazette, incorporating classic-vehicle import authorizations into the national VUCEA system with SIM auto-validation.
- Eligibility is limited to vehicles over 30 years old with a minimum FOB value of US$12,000, as contemplated under Decree 110/99.
- To file the customs declaration, importers must hold the administrative act from the Dirección de Evaluación y Promoción Industrial and invoke advantage code “Vehicolec” with document code LPCOVUCE0032.

- SIM will block officialization if data inconsistencies are detected, with contingency procedures under RG 5,384/2023 applying when system failures prevent automatic validation.
