Argentina Mandates Electronic Payslips for Domestic Workers

ARCA requires employers to validate payslips by logging in with Clave Fiscal, simplifying worker access to records.

Overview

  • Since May 2026 employers must generate domestic workers’ payslips electronically through ARCA’s Registro Especial del Personal de Casas Particulares.
  • An employer’s Clave Fiscal login validates the identity of the issuer so payslips do not need the employer’s handwritten signature to be authentic.
  • When wages are paid in cash or a worker requests paper, the electronic payslip must be printed in duplicate with the original given to the worker and the signed copy kept by the employer as proof of payment.
  • Form F.102/RT does not replace the electronic payslip and is used only when an employer chooses to pay social contributions and ART manually through authorized agencies.
  • The Article 80 work certificate (form F.984) must be delivered within 45 business days after the contract ends and can be issued digitally via ARCA’s Simplificación Registral while contributions and payment receipts are queried separately in the ‘Ver Aportes’ section.
