Overview

• The CNTCP approved a 6.5% total boost, including a 3.5% retroactive increase on June salaries and three 1% monthly rises through September.
• Unions published new wage grids setting hourly rates from ARS 3,022.77 to ARS 3,783 and monthly minima between ARS 370,833 and ARS 479,950 based on category and modality.
• One-time non-remunerative bonuses ranging from ARS 4,000 to ARS 9,500 must be paid in July, August and September by all employers, apportioned by hours for multi-household workers.
• Employers are required to register domestic staff in ARCA and can now opt into automatic debit for social security contributions to ensure timely payments.
• The agreement is pending formal homologation in the Official Gazette and the CNTCP will reconvene in October 2025 to review further adjustments.
