- SMN activated orange alerts for sectors of Río Negro, Neuquén, San Luis, Mendoza, San Juan, Córdoba, La Rioja, Catamarca, Tucumán and Santiago del Estero, with yellow alerts extending to provinces including Buenos Aires, Chubut, Corrientes, Entre Ríos, Santa Fe and others.
- The agency expects frequent lightning, possible hail and intense rainfall generally in the 30–70 mm range with localized higher totals, and warns that wind gusts could locally exceed 90 km/h.
