Argentina's Federal Court has ordered the arrest of 61 Brazilian citizens who have been sentenced for their roles in the January 2023 Brasilia riots.
The Brazilian government has accused the rioters of attempting a coup following Jair Bolsonaro's defeat in the presidential election.
Two individuals have already been apprehended in Argentina, with 59 others still at large and subject to extradition proceedings.
Brazilian authorities requested Argentina's assistance in June to locate over 140 fugitives believed to have fled to Argentina.
Argentina recently amended its refugee laws, disallowing political asylum for individuals convicted of crimes in their home countries.
