Overview

• The government published Decree 613/2025 in the Boletín Oficial, formalizing the one-time September payment after vetoing a congressional plan for a larger increase.
• The bonus targets holders of ANSES contributive pensions, PUAM, and non-contributory and graciable pensions, and it is non-remunerative and not subject to deductions.
• September’s CPI-linked mobility adjustment is 1.9%, lifting the minimum benefit to about $320,277 and taking the minimum plus bonus to roughly $390,277.
• The full $70,000 goes to beneficiaries at or below the minimum; amounts are prorated for incomes up to a $390,277 ceiling, with those above the cap excluded.
• ANSES will pay on a DNI-staggered calendar starting Monday 8 September for minimum pensions and PNC/PUAM, with above-minimum pensions paid 22–26 September.
