Overview

• Decree 613/2025 was published in the Boletín Oficial and signed by President Javier Milei, Chief of Cabinet Guillermo Francos and Human Capital Minister Sandra Pettovello.
• The bonus is paid in full to those at or below the minimum pension and becomes proportional above that level so the total does not exceed the minimum plus ARS 70,000.
• The payment has non-remunerative status, carries no deductions, is not computable for other concepts and treats multi-beneficiary pensions as a single titular for eligibility.
• A 1.9% monthly mobility update sets the minimum pension at about ARS 320,277.18 in September, taking the total to roughly ARS 390,277.18 for minimum beneficiaries with the bonus.
• ANSES will disburse the bonus with regular payments on the DNI-based schedule beginning Monday, September 8, after a congressional push for a larger increase was blocked by a presidential veto.
