• Decree 613/2025 was published in the Boletín Oficial with signatures from President Javier Milei, Chief of Cabinet Guillermo Francos and Minister Sandra Pettovello.
• The extraordinary payment is up to $70,000: full for those at or below the minimum, proportional above the minimum up to the ceiling of minimum plus $70,000, non‑remunerative and not subject to discounts, and pensions with multiple copartícipes count as a single titular.
• September benefits rise 1.9% under the CPI‑linked mobility rule, lifting the minimum to about $320,277 and taking the total for minimum recipients to roughly $390,277 with the bonus.
