• Integrating Programa Volver al Trabajo and Programa de Acompañamiento Social into Puente al Empleo, the resolution deactivates expired initiatives such as Programa Jóvenes MiPyMEs.
• Companies hiring eligible beneficiaries receive a 100% reduction in employer contributions for the first 12 months and can credit social plan allocations toward worker salaries under permanent, part-time, fixed-term, seasonal, agrarian and construction contracts.
• Enrollment will be managed through the Portal Empleo or official delegations with oversight by ARCA and cross-agency controls to prevent benefit overlap and ensure transparency.
• Eligibility baselines require firms to exceed average staffing levels from 2021 or 2024 and benefits are barred for workers already in registered employment or for repeat use.
