Argentina Establishes Human Capital Training Center to Align Skills With Jobs

The program will operate under the ministry’s advisory unit with an ad honorem executive committee.

Overview

  • Creation of the Center was formalized by Resolution 1105/2025 published Thursday in the Boletín Oficial and signed by Minister Sandra Pettovello.
  • Training will cover both traditional trades and emerging competencies tied to automation, digitalization, renewable energy and industry 4.0.
  • The Unidad de Gabinete de Asesores is designated as the application authority empowered to issue implementing norms and sign agreements with companies, business chambers, unions and educational institutions.
  • An Executive Committee will run operations with members serving ad honorem, and program costs will be financed from the Ministry of Capital Humano’s existing budget allocations.
  • Officials frame the initiative as a response to the shortage of technical profiles to boost employability, with Fernando Szereszevsky reported as the official expected to draft the rules for rollout.
