Overview

• The 2025 recomposition delivers a 3.5% adjustment applied to June along with additional 1% increases set for July, August and September.
• For the general tasks category (fifth), the September minimums are ARS 3,052 per hour with retiro and ARS 3,293 without retiro, or ARS 374,541 monthly with retiro and ARS 416,485 without retiro.
• September brings the final non-remunerative bonus paid by employers: ARS 4,000 for up to 12 weekly hours, ARS 6,000 for 12–16 hours and ARS 9,500 for more than 16 hours.
• Workers in La Pampa, Río Negro, Chubut, Neuquén, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego, the Antarctic and South Atlantic Islands and Buenos Aires’ Partido de Patagones receive a 30% zona desfavorable supplement.
• Employers must register domestic staff in the ARCA system and complete required data so wages and contributions are recorded properly.
