Argentina Confirms December Triple Payout for Retirees as Mexico Issues First Mujeres Bienestar Stipends

Both moves rely on inflation data with payments sequenced by ID.

Overview

  • In Argentina, ANSES is depositing November benefits with a 2.08% mobility update and a AR$70,000 refuerzo for lower-income retirees, following a DNI-based calendar.
  • For December, ANSES applies an inflation-linked increase of about 2.34% and will credit in a single payment the updated monthly benefit, the half-year bonus (SAC) and the AR$70,000 top-up for eligible beneficiaries.
  • Minimum pensioners are set to receive about AR$581,000 in December when the increase, SAC and full bonus are combined, while proportional top-ups phase out for higher haberes.
  • ANSES published the adjusted December schedule by DNI; the SAC covers SIPA, PUAM and PNC recipients, whereas AUH, AUE and SUAF do not receive this payment.
  • In Mexico, the Secretaría de Bienestar is delivering MXN 3,000 from November 18–21 to newly enrolled women aged 60–64 in Pensión Mujeres Bienestar, using a surname-based timetable.
