Argentina Confirms 2.8% February Increase for ANSES Pensions and Benefits

The CPI‑linked monthly mobility rule sets the new adjustment while the government weighs whether to extend the $70,000 bonus that boosts minimum payouts.

  • INDEC’s December 2025 inflation reading of 2.8% will be applied in full to February 2026 pensions and social allowances under Decreto 274/2024.
  • The minimum pension rises to $359,079.70 before any supplement; PUAM moves to $287,263.76 and PNC for invalidity or old age to $251,355.79.
  • ANSES programs such as AUH also update, with AUH set at $129,032.50 gross in February (monthly payable 80% is $103,226, with 20% deferred to the Libreta).
  • The February payment calendar is set: PNC from February 9–13, minimum pensions from February 9–20, and higher pensions from February 23–27, by DNI termination.
  • The $70,000 reinforcement paid in January to minimum‑level beneficiaries requires a new Executive decision for February and has not been officially confirmed.
