Argentina Awards First Mercosur Corridor Concessions, Including RosarioVictoria Bridge

The awards open the Milei road privatization program, with bid tolls deferred until works are completed under BICE-backed financing.

  • Transport Resolution 80/2025 formally adjudicates Tramo Oriental to Autovía Construcciones y Servicios and Tramo Conexión to a consortium led by Obring.
  • The awarded corridors span 741 km across RN 12, 14, 135, A015, 117 and RN 174, which includes the Rosario–Victoria bridge linking Santa Fe and Entre Ríos.
  • Concessionaires will initially charge the prior CRUSA tariff updated for inflation, with their offered lower tolls to apply only after stipulated upgrades are delivered.
  • Winners can access up to ARS 56,000 million in financing from BICE to execute required works under the Red Federal de Concesiones Viales framework.
  • Competing bids from Panedile, Benito Roggio, Leprint, Supercemento and José J. Chediack were rejected for formal noncompliance, and further Red Federal tranches are being prepared.
