Argentina and Mexico Finalize November Social-Benefit Payouts as ANSES Raises Take Effect and Bienestar Deposits Begin

The schedules organize disbursements by ID or surname and reflect a 2.1% CPI adjustment in Argentina alongside Mexico’s alphabetized bimonthly deposits.

Overview

  • ANSES confirmed a roughly 2.1% increase for November tied to September INDEC inflation and published a DNI-based calendar running from November 10 to 28 for benefits below and above the minimum.
  • Argentina will again pay the ARS 70,000 extraordinary bonus to lower-income retirees and pensioners, taking the November minimum to about ARS 403,150, with proportional top-ups for those above the floor.
  • Payment dates in Argentina were adjusted around the moved Día de la Soberanía Nacional holiday, with minimum-benefit DNIs 8 and 9 paid on November 20 and higher-benefit groups paid November 20–28.
  • Mexico’s Secretaría del Bienestar started November–December deposits on November 3 for Adultos Mayores, paying MXN 6,200 per person on an alphabetical schedule through November 27 to Banco del Bienestar cards.
  • Mujeres Bienestar beneficiaries are receiving cards through November 10 and can expect their first MXN 3,000 bimonthly deposits in the last days of November once the cards are activated.
