Overview

• ATEPSA confirmed stoppages on August 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30 that will block aircraft departures during set windows.
• Scheduled windows include 13:00–16:00 and 19:00–22:00 on the 22nd and 24th; 07:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00 on the 26th; and 13:00–16:00 and 19:00–22:00 on the 28th and 30th.
• During the affected periods no aircraft or ground vehicles will be cleared to depart and no flight plans will be received or transmitted.
• Only emergency operations such as medical, humanitarian, state, or search-and-rescue flights will be exempt from the measures.
• ATEPSA represents roughly 1,000–1,200 workers at 54 airports and its members report to the state air-navigation company EANA.
