Argentina Advances ANSES November Payouts as Mexico Finalizes Women’s Pension Card Distribution

Updated timetables with in-person pickup rules guide beneficiaries to November transfers.

Overview

  • ANSES confirmed a roughly 2.08–2.1% inflation-linked increase for November pensions and social benefits, tied to INDEC’s September CPI.
  • Low‑income retirees and pensioners will receive an automatic $70,000 extraordinary bonus in November, paid in full with minimum benefits and proportionally for those just above the floor, without any extra application.
  • To avoid the Nov 21 and 24 non‑working days, ANSES reshuffled the calendar: minimum‑benefit retirees with DNIs 0–9 are paid Nov 10–20, with endings 8 and 9 brought forward to Nov 20.
  • Pensioners above the minimum will be paid Nov 20–28 by DNI groups, and ANSES also published full November dates for AUH, AUE, SUAF, PNC and unemployment benefits.
  • Mexico’s Pensión Mujeres Bienestar continues Banco del Bienestar card pickup through Nov 10 with official ID and the purple registration slip, with the first 3,000‑peso bimonthly deposits set for late November and automatic transition at 65 to the 6,200‑peso older‑adult pension.
