  • ANSES has been ordered to recalculate pensions retroactively using the current monthly CPI-based adjustment formula introduced in March 2024.
  • For May 2025, ANSES announced a 3.73% increase in pension benefits, setting the minimum pension at $296,481.74 and the maximum at $1,995,041.47.
  • The $70,000 bonus for minimum pension recipients remains unchanged and continues to supplement monthly payments.
  • The updated system also adjusts the Prestación Básica Universal (PBU) to $135,626.86 and the Pensión Universal para el Adulto Mayor (PUAM) to $237,185.39.
