Overview
- Florencia Revah, 31/32, and Esteban Alejandro Suárez, 45, were found dead Sunday in a white Chevrolet Onix on a rural road near Ruta 8 in San Antonio de Areco after a 911 call.
- Investigators seized a Bersa 9mm pistol, spent casings and cartridges, noted a bullet hole in a rear window, missing plates and a rag in the fuel cap that suggests the car was to be set on fire.
- Peaje tickets recovered from the vehicle show hours between nearby toll booths, reinforcing the theory that Suárez drove for a prolonged period while transporting Revah’s body before stopping in Areco.
- UFI N°6 in Mercedes ordered urgent searches at addresses in Tigre/General Pacheco; inspections yielded documents but no clear primary crime scene, and analyses of phones, cameras, ballistics and toxicology are pending.
- Revah had previously reported Suárez for gender violence and obtained a restraining order, while Suárez had past convictions, including a 2003 sentence linked to the killing of Claudio “La Clotta” Lanzetta and a 2019 case for gender violence.
