  • Katrin Vernau succeeded Buhrow at WDR at the start of 2025 with an annual base salary of €348,000.
  • ZDF released parallel 2024 figures showing Intendant Norbert Himmler at €382,560 plus €8,617 in benefits and Program Director Nadine Bilke at €245,880 plus €5,106.
