Overview

  • From August, ARCA requires banks and digital wallets to report transfers exceeding ARS 50 million for individuals and ARS 30 million for companies.
  • Under Disposición 120/2025, the agency must issue a 48-hour pre-notice before embargoing bank accounts, wages or assets of debtors.
  • Resolución General N° 5745/25 eliminates manual SIM–MANE cross-checks for air exports and enables automated liquidation of reintegros and export duties via SIM.
  • ARCA can demand supporting documentation, close accounts and file ROS when irregularities surface in reported transactions.
  • The PAIS credit registry remains open until August 22 and over 10,000 taxpayers have joined the Regimen de Ganancias Simplificado, though full amnesty protection depends on the still-unpassed Ley de Inocencia Fiscal.
