Overview
- ARCA issued General Resolution 5806/2025 to extend the suspension of fiscal execution lawsuits and precautionary measures for nonprofits and health-sector taxpayers until July 31, 2026, implementing Economy Ministry Resolution 2109/25.
- Through General Resolution 5808/2025, the agency shifted the deadline to join the payment plan to March 31, 2026, maintaining existing terms and enabling enrollment via the Mis Facilidades online service.
- The plan covers tax, customs and social security obligations that matured through August 31, 2025, including principal, compensatory interest and fines, under the conditions set by prior resolutions 5,711 and 5,777.
- The suspension does not forgive liabilities and ARCA may still proceed in exceptional circumstances such as serious harm to the Treasury, risk of prescription or procedural expiration.
- Industry groups estimate around 5,000 providers are affected and welcome the reprieve, while calling for debt consolidation and the ability to apply accumulated VAT credits to offset obligations.
