ARC Raiders Update 1.11.0 Nerfs Kettle and Trigger ’Nade, Adds Abyss Set and Player Reward

The studio says the patch resets PvP fairness by targeting macro abuse, with longer grenade fuses to give players time to react.

Overview

  • The Kettle’s maximum fire rate is reduced from 600 to 450 RPM to remove advantages largely achievable with macros.
  • Trigger ’Nade now detonates after 1.5 seconds instead of 0.7 and its damage falls off more sharply away from the blast center to curb mid‑air instant kills.
  • A keycard exploit letting players keep room keys after use is fixed, and Stella Montis Night Raid lighting is lowered to elevate flashlight use and audio cues.
  • Embark marks roughly 12 million copies sold by granting the free Gilded Pickaxe Raider Tool to anyone who logged in from launch through January 13.
  • The Abyss cosmetic set goes live as community feedback mixes balance approval with criticism of the outfit, and the studio signals continued anti‑cheat and tuning work.
