Arc Raiders Patch 1.11.0 Nerfs Kettle and Trigger 'Nade, Fixes Key Exploit

Embark frames the tuning as a step to curb unfair macro use, signaling continued anti-cheat work.

Overview

  • The update is live January 13 as version 1.11.0 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S (console build 1.000.017).
  • The Kettle’s maximum fire rate drops from 600 to 450 after developers said the prior cap was realistically reachable only with macros.
  • Trigger 'Nade now concentrates damage closer to the blast center and detonates after 1.5 seconds instead of 0.7 seconds to reduce 'trigger-in-air' use.
  • A key card exploit that let players keep room keys after use has been fixed, and lighting on Stella Montis Night Raid is lowered to make flashlights and listening more relevant.
  • Players who logged in before January 13 receive a free Gilded Pickaxe to celebrate surpassing 12 million players, and the store features the Abyss cosmetic set.
