- The fifth installment of the Buenos Aires Province Urban Built Property Tax, originally due on Oct. 9, will now be payable on Nov. 25 under the same terms.
- The change was formalized by a disposition published in the provincial Official Gazette and was also announced on ARBA’s official X account on Oct. 5.
- Taxpayers who are current on payments and enrolled in automatic debit can still access a discount of up to 10% on the final installment.
- Payments can be made via ARBA’s website with a credit card, at ATMs after generating an electronic payment code, in person at authorized banks and Provincia Net Pagos centers, or through Cuenta DNI by scanning a QR code to be emailed in the coming weeks.
- Enrollment in automatic debit is available through the ARBA website under Autogestión using CUIT and CIT credentials by selecting Gestión de Débitos Automáticos, with options to register or update a CBU and with first-time credit card debits reflected on upcoming due dates.
