Overview
- ARBA confirmed that installments due on August 13 for urban property, September 9 for vehicle taxes and September 13 for rural and complementary levies will match the last paid quotas
- With no new 2025 tax law enacted, the province extended the 2024 framework to keep patrimonial rates unchanged beyond earlier modest adjustments
- Earlier this year ARBA applied two tranches of increases totaling 18% for urban and vehicle taxes and just over 8% for rural property
- Those updates remain well below the more than 110% inflation recorded since the previous base period
