Aqara Introduces New Smart Home Panels and Sensors with Matter and HomeKit Support

At CES 2025, Aqara unveiled a range of smart home devices, including touchscreen panels, advanced sensors, and Thread-enabled switches, enhancing compatibility with Apple HomeKit and the Matter protocol.

  • The flagship Panel Hub S1 Plus features a 6.9-inch touchscreen, dual-band Wi-Fi, and can manage both wired light fixtures and connected smart devices, serving as a Zigbee hub and Matter bridge.
  • The Touchscreen Dial V1 offers a rotary dial with a 1.32-inch round display for precise control of smart devices, though it lacks Matter compatibility.
  • The new Doorbell Camera Hub G410 includes a 2K resolution, a 176-degree field of view, and mmWave presence detection, supporting HomeKit Secure Video and multiple storage options.
  • The battery-powered Presence Multisensor FP300 combines PIR, mmWave, and ambient sensors to detect human presence and monitor light, temperature, and humidity with Thread and Zigbee support.
  • Aqara's new Light Switch H2 and Dimmer Switch H2 are Thread-compatible, support various wiring configurations, and allow physical control without sacrificing smart functionality.
