Overview
- Applications are accepted from 15 September to 14 November through the INPS online service or the contact center.
- Residents with an ISEE up to €50,000 may apply, with maximum awards scaled to income at €1,500, €1,000, or €500.
- INPS will assign vouchers via regional and provincial rankings that prioritize lower ISEE and, at equal ISEE, earlier submission.
- Approved funds can be used only with registered psychotherapists at up to €50 per session and must be spent within 270 days of approval.
- The 2025 budget totals €9.5 million, and INPS estimates roughly 6,300 recipients compared with more than 400,000 applications last year.
