Apple's M5 iPad Pro Reportedly Delayed Until Late 2025

Apple's M5 iPad Pro is rumored to enter mass production in the second half of 2025, with a potential launch in late 2025.
The device will reportedly be the first to debut the M5 chip, offering modest performance and efficiency improvements over the M4 chip.
The M5 chip is expected to utilize TSMC's advanced 3nm process with System on Integrated Chip (SoIC) technology but will not adopt the newer 2nm process due to cost considerations.
Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests the M5 iPad Pro will not feature significant design changes, as the current model already introduced a slimmer profile and OLED displays earlier this year.
The M5 chip is anticipated to later appear in other Apple products, including the 2025 MacBook Pro and potentially the next-generation Vision Pro.
