Apple has officially categorized the Apple Watch Series 4 as a vintage product, marking over five years since it was discontinued.
The designation means repairs are only possible if parts are still available, which may become increasingly scarce.
The Series 4, launched in 2018, introduced a major redesign with larger displays, thinner bezels, and rounded corners.
The watch is no longer supported by the latest watchOS 11, which ended software updates for this model in 2024.
Apple also added the 2019 15-inch MacBook Pro to its vintage list, while older devices like the iPhone X and first-generation AirPods were added earlier in 2024.
