Overview

  • watchOS 26 introduces a Sleep Score that assesses duration, consistency, awakenings and sleep stages, rolling out to supported older models as well.
  • Possible hypertension notifications analyze optical heart sensor data over 30-day patterns to flag sustained high blood pressure risk, do not provide cuff-style readings, and are not supported on SE 3.
  • Ultra 3 offers the largest, brighter LTPO3 display and extends battery life to up to 42 hours, or 72 hours in Low Power Mode.
  • Two-way satellite features on Ultra 3 support Emergency SOS without a plan, while Messages and Find My can require an active cellular plan and a powered paired iPhone for full functionality.
  • Pricing holds at $249 for SE 3, $399 for Series 11 and $799 for Ultra 3, with 5G now across the lineup and retail availability beginning Sept. 19.
