Overview

  • The new Mac Studio is available in two configurations: the M4 Max starting at $1,999 and the M3 Ultra starting at $3,999, with shipping beginning March 12.
  • The M4 Max model features up to a 16-core CPU, 40-core GPU, and supports up to 128GB of RAM and 8TB of SSD storage.
  • The M3 Ultra model, Apple's most powerful chip to date, includes a 32-core CPU, up to 80-core GPU, and supports up to 512GB of RAM and 16TB of SSD storage.
  • Both models introduce Thunderbolt 5 technology, with the M3 Ultra offering six Thunderbolt 5 ports compared to four on the M4 Max.
