  • Developers in the EU can now integrate direct in-app payment options and link to external purchase systems using native interfaces and dynamic URLs.
  • Apple is scrapping its Core Technology Fee in favor of a new Core Technology Commission and introducing two tiers of Store Service Fees at 5 percent and 13 percent.
  • Small developers earning under €1 million annually are exempt from the Core Technology Commission, and a 2 percent initial acquisition fee applies to new users during their first six months.
