Apple TV+ Crime Drama 'Dope Thief' to Premiere March 14

The Ridley Scott-produced series stars Brian Tyree Henry and Wagner Moura as small-time criminals caught in a deadly drug network.

'Dope Thief,' based on Dennis Tafoya’s novel, follows two friends posing as DEA agents to rob drug dealers, leading to unforeseen consequences.
The eight-episode series will debut on Apple TV+ with the first two episodes on March 14, 2025, followed by weekly releases until April 25.
Brian Tyree Henry and Wagner Moura lead the cast, which also includes Marin Ireland, Kate Mulgrew, Nesta Cooper, Amir Arison, Dustin Nguyen, and Ving Rhames.
Ridley Scott directs the pilot episode and serves as an executive producer alongside creator Peter Craig, known for his work on 'The Town' and 'Top Gun: Maverick.'
The show marks a shift for Apple TV+ into grittier territory, exploring themes of crime, deception, and survival in a dangerous underworld.
