Co-created by former emergency room physician Samuel Jefferson and Viktor Jakovleski, the show draws on real-world healthcare system pressures and dynamics.
The drama explores themes of overworked medical staff, systemic underfunding, and the resilience required to save lives in a strained healthcare environment.
Produced in partnership with ZDFneo, the series features a diverse international cast and is directed by Alex Schaad and Fabian Möhrke.
