Apple to Close Parkland Mall Store in Dalian, Its First Closure in China

Staff from the closing Dalian store will be reassigned to other outlets, with Apple reallocating resources toward a Shenzhen flagship alongside planned Beijing and Shanghai sites.

Apple said it would stop giving Pegatron, a longtime Taiwanese supplier, new business after it discovered that some student workers in China had worked nights and overtime, against Apple’s rules.
