• Retail sales begin today in Brazil for AirPods Pro 3 plus Apple Watch SE 3, Series 11 and Ultra 3, with prices starting at R$ 2.699 for the earbuds and ranging from R$ 3.299 to R$ 10.499 for the watches.
• AirPods Pro 3 add live translation, on‑ear heart‑rate sensing, stronger noise cancellation and up to eight hours of battery life, with iPhone on‑screen transcription and initial support for Portuguese (Brazil), English, French, German and Spanish.
• The new Apple Watch hypertension‑notification capability launches on Series 11 and Ultra 3 but will not operate in Brazil until cleared by Anvisa, and Apple says it plans to extend the feature to Series 9 and Ultra 2.
• Hardware updates include Ultra 3 with the largest display, high‑precision GPS and up to 72 hours in low‑power mode; Series 11 with a ceramic coating, faster charging and longer battery life; SE 3 with an S10 chip, always‑on display, temperature tracking, sleep apnoea alerts and fall detection; all models add 5G connectivity.
• Apple says the hypertension feature was built using machine‑learning models trained on data from over 100,000 participants and validated in a clinical study with more than 2,000 people, evaluating vascular responses over a 30‑day period before notifying users of potential chronic high blood pressure.
