Apple Set to Announce New Mac Mini with 5 USB-C Ports in October

The upcoming event is expected to reveal a redesigned Mac mini with M4 chip options, alongside other new Macs and iPads.

Apple's new Mac mini will feature five USB-C ports, as revealed by a recent code change in Apple software.
The new model is anticipated to be nearly as small as an Apple TV and will include M4 and M4 Pro chip options.
This redesign will be the first major update to the Mac mini since 2010, eliminating the USB-A ports found in previous versions.
Apple's October event is also expected to unveil refreshed MacBook Pro, iMac, and new iPad mini models.
The current Mac mini, released in January 2023, has four Thunderbolt 4 ports and two USB-A ports, which will be replaced in the new design.
