Apple Reportedly Plans Dedicated Gaming Hub App for iPhone, iPad, Mac and TV

  • According to Bloomberg reports, Apple is developing a standalone gaming hub app to be preinstalled on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV.
  • The new app is said to replace Game Center and bring together achievements, leaderboards, a curated editorial feed and direct links to the App Store’s games section.
  • On Mac, the app reportedly will support titles installed outside the App Store, offering a unified launcher for Steam or other storefront downloads.
