The Journal app, which allows users to capture their thoughts and experiences in a digital diary, has been introduced with the iOS 17.2 update.
Users can add text, voice recordings, photos, videos, and locations to their Journal entries, and the app can suggest journaling ideas based on recent iPhone activity.
Journal entries can be protected with a device passcode or Face ID, and users can set a schedule for regular journaling reminders.
