Overview

• Apple released second public betas of iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS Tahoe, tvOS 26, watchOS 26 and visionOS 26 on August 7, mirroring the build numbers of their fifth developer counterparts.
• Public beta users can download the updates directly through each device’s software update settings after enrolling via beta.apple.com, with Apple recommending backups and secondary hardware for testing.
