  • iOS 18.6, iPadOS 18.6 and macOS Sequoia 15.6 arrived July 29 on all supported devices, concluding Apple’s summer point-release cycle.
  • The updates address more than 20 security flaws in WebKit, Accessibility, networking and other system components, none of which are known to be exploited in the wild.
  • A memory-movie sharing bug in the Photos app has been resolved, restoring full functionality for users.
  • EU users now see a revamped interface for installing alternative app marketplaces or apps from developer websites to meet Digital Markets Act requirements.
