Apple Intelligence Expanding to Eight New Languages in April

The AI suite will also bring localized English support to India and Singapore, with updates likely arriving with iOS 18.4.

Apple Intelligence will add support for French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and simplified Chinese in April 2025.
Localized English versions for users in India and Singapore will also be introduced in the same update.
The rollout is expected to coincide with the release of iOS 18.4, which will bring additional AI features like onscreen awareness for Siri and expanded app integration.
Apple Intelligence currently supports only English in select regions, but April's update marks a significant step toward broader international availability.
CEO Tim Cook emphasized the growing importance of Apple Intelligence features, such as email summarization, and hinted at further Siri enhancements in the coming months.
