- Apple Fitness+ is introducing new features starting January 8, 2024, including a new sound meditation theme, a workout program with golfer Rose Zhang, and an Artist Spotlight series tied to the Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show.
- Time to Walk episodes will be available on Apple Podcasts for the first time, featuring new guests Al Roker, Trixie Mattel, Lilly Singh, Common and Colman Domingo.
- The Artist Spotlight series will feature workouts with music by Rihanna, Britney Spears, U2, and Usher, the headliner for this year's Super Bowl Halftime Show.
- Apple has partnered with Anytime Fitness to offer perks for both services, including up to three months of Apple Fitness+ for free for prospective members who try Anytime Fitness.
- Apple Watch users can earn a new limited-edition award, Ring in the New Year, when they close all three Activity rings for seven days in a row any time in January.
