Apple Expands Vision Pro Immersive Video With CANAL+ MotoGP Film and Seven-Title Slate

The move showcases a third‑party pipeline built on Blackmagic’s URSA Cine Immersive tools with wider reach via the Apple TV app.

Overview

  • Tour De Force from CANAL+ and MotoGP is streaming now on Vision Pro, available in France via the CANAL+ app for subscribers and free on the Apple TV app in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the U.A.E.
  • Apple previewed seven upcoming Immersive Videos, including Julaymba in October, A Night at the BBC Proms and Experience Paris this fall, World of Red Bull in December with another episode in 2026, CNN’s Antarctica project next spring, and new installments of Wild Life and Elevated (Oct. 3).
  • Apple says many of the new titles are among the first captured with Blackmagic Design’s URSA Cine Immersive camera and finished on Mac using DaVinci Resolve Studio, underscoring a maturing third‑party production workflow.
  • Extended store previews of Tour De Force will run in October at select Apple Store locations, giving non‑owners a chance to experience the format before wider rollouts of the new slate.
  • CANAL+ shot Tour De Force with four URSA Cine Immersive cameras and ambisonic microphones, using a trackside Mac Studio review setup, marking one of the first third‑party sports releases in Apple’s Immersive Video format.
